Portrait of Abigail

Meet Abigail

I believe our physical and mental spaces reflect one another. When a home feels chaotic, the mind often follows. By creating a calm, harmonious environment, I help remove the friction from your daily life so your home can become a place where you truly feel settled.

But the ‘edit’ doesn’t stop at the cupboard door. When you love the aesthetic of your home and feel confident in your wardrobe, you carry a different energy into the world. An intentionally styled space brings daily joy, while a well coordinated wardrobe helps you show up as your best self. When you feel good in your space and in your skin, that positive energy reflects back to you, transforming not just how you live, but how you experience the world.

The Zen Edit is where my love of design meets practical organising, creating homes and lifestyles that feel calmer, lighter, and intentionally styled. My aim is to bring a sense of peace, clarity, and everyday joy to the people I have the privilege of working with.

My approach is decisive and design-led:

I don’t believe in rigid systems or buying mountains of containers — I believe in editing thoughtfully, working with what you already own, and shaping spaces that reflect who you are now. I’m currently working toward formal studies in interior design, and every project is guided by that same eye for proportion, flow and aesthetic detail.

Why Zen

Zen is not just minimalism. It’s alignment. A home that matches your values, your season of life, your nervous system.

When your space is clear:

  • Sleep improves
  • Focus returns
  • Relationships improve
  • You hear yourself think again

That’s the real edit.
